Cooking Classes
In case the dates below don’t work out for you, we’re open to group scheduling!!
Croissant class. You will go beyond basic skills to learn about lamination, sweet and savory fillings, and shaping techniques. You will also learn to make puff pastry and discover the difference between puff pastry and croissants.
Class dates: August 16th (Saturday)
Time: 9-1 (yes, it is a 4 hr class because of the chilling and rest times)
Cost: $110
Location: LiPing's house. Address will be sent with signup.
Spanish Tapas. In this class, you will learn to make several traditional tapas from different regions of Spain. The menu consists of Gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp), salmorejo (tomato gazpacho), crema catalana, and tortilla de patatas with romesco sauce, along with one other surprise dish.
Class dates: August 6th (Wed) or August 23 (Sat)
Time: 6-8:30 pm (Wed), 11-1:30 (Sat)
Cost: $85
Location: Tracy's House. Address will be sent with signup.
Cost: $90/person (includes ingredients, meal and recipes).
