Who We Are

We started as a mother-and-daughter team offering artisan breads and pastries to the local community at the Siloam Springs Farmers Market. Now, Babette is busy with college and I'm focusing on offering sourdough and yeasted breads. Most of my breads undergo a lengthy overnight fermentation to unlock the flavor of the flour which is unbleached and unbromated. We grind our own whole grains (hard red winter wheat, spelt, rye) for maximum freshness.
