Returns
As breads are perishable goods, we do not accept returns. However, if you have questions or concerns about your specific order such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us at liping@babettesbakery.org.

Refunds
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product and we proceed with a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve notified you of the refund, please contact us at liping@babettesbakery.org.
