50% Einkorn Pan Loaf

A pan loaf made with a 50/50 blend of einkorn flour and bread flour. Tender and fluffy. Einkorn has gained a reputation an ancient grain with nutritional benefits surpassing that of the usual whole wheat flour. It contributes a wonderful flavor to bread which makes the addition of ingredients such as honey and butter unnecessary.
