Our baguettes underwent a cold overnight fermentation to unlock the sweetness in the wheat flour. I highly recommend them as a light vehicle for charcuterie or bruschetta and for those baguette sandwiches you see in Parisian eateries. Folks have used them for subs and hoagies. Choose the French Bread variation which is made from the same dough and twice as thick if you want to use for garlic bread as well as charcuterie and bruschetta.
