Cranberry Pecan Bread

A bread chockful of cranberries and pecans but light textured because of high hydration. This is a hefty 2-lb loaf. This bread can make a meal in itself when served as a sandwich with chicken salad (or leftover turkey) prepared with bits of apple. In France, it is served with the cheese course. Or you may also go the dessert route and spread with butter/cream cheese or just eat it "plain." 

Ingredients: unbleached flour, water, whole wheat flour, pecans, cranberries, sugar, yeast, salt, avocado oil
