Deli Rye

I've grown to appreciate the flavors of caraway and dill in this bread flavored with a rye starter, calling out for a (Boar's head ) pastrami sandwich - the kind that goes with sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese. For those who prefer pure sourdough, do note that this bread is flavored with a sourdough starter but the primary leavening agent is instant yeast. 

Ingredients: organic white flour, organic rye flour, filtered, water, avocado oil, caraway seeds, dill, sugar, egg white, salt, yeast, cornstarch
