Gruyere Cheese Sourdough

My favorite cheese loaf. Gruyere is sweeter, milder, nuttier but deeper compared to Cheddar cheese. Could be served with a salad or a stew but a customer suggested (and it does work) spreading honey on a slice for breakfast. 

Ingredients: unbleached flour, water, Gruyere cheese, whole wheat, rye, salt
