Pumpkin Seed Sourdough

Adding pumpkin puree not only imparts a beautiful orange hue to the crumb, but introduces moisture and a natural sweetness to the loaf. Pumpkin seeds are also added into the dough which is shaped and rolled in more seeds for crunch and nutty flavor. 

Ingredients: unbleached flour, water, pumpkin puree, rye flour, pumpkin seeds, honey, salt
