Pumpkin Sourdough

This fall special has a lovely orange hue thanks to the pumpkin and bursts of sweet tart flavor with added cranberries. I  put together a pumpkin spice mix which is added as a spiral to the loaf. 

Ingredients: organic flour, pumpkin puree, filtered water, cranberries, brown sugar,organic  rye flour, pumpkin spice (cinnamon, ginger, allspice, ginger, cloves), salt
