Seeded Brötchen (5 per order)

A German breakfast roll with  40% freshly ground whole wheat and whole rye, The roll is soft, thanks to the addition of yogurt which adds flavor along with a rye starter and  crusty  with a mix of sesame, poppy,  and sunflower seeds. Lovely with butter, honey, hams, and liver pate (if you have access to good quality ones).
