Seven Grain Sourdough

Our own formula for a sourdough with our own blend of seeds for added flavor and texture. Despite the proportion of seeds and whole grains (25%) in the flour composition, this bread is not heavy.  It makes perfect toast and is well suited for sandwiches. Dairy free.

Ingredients: unbleached flour, water, whole wheat flour, rye flour, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, black and brown sesame seeds, millet, rolled oats, flaxseeds, salt.
