Soft Multigrain Torpedo

A loaf that is chewy but light with flavor and crunch from the same seven grains we use in our Seven Grain Sourdough. The use of overnight fermentation adds  flavor to this bread. This bread is great on its own. But it's also wonderful with ham and cream cheese. Dairy free.
